The latest on my blog is all about the 30 Day Detox I recently completed {link in bio}, which gave me the chance to really think about which foods I can't live without and which former-favorites I can now pass on. Obviously, wine and cheese will always be worth it to me! 🍷🧀 And fortunately, studies show red wine has a number of promising health benefits so I can sip away without worry! Seeing some confusion about when National Champagne Day actually is (October or December?) but who needs one specific day to celebrate bubbly?! 🥂 Cheers-ing with a current favorite: Jordan Cuvée by Champagne AR Lenoble. Please pray for Mendocino, Sonoma, and Napa counties, all of which have been met with sudden devastation. The fires in my home county began around midnight and quickly turned an overwhelming number of homes, businesses, ranches, wineries, and vineyards to ash. I wish I could be there to aid in fighting the fires, as my dad and sister have been. My family is thankfully safe but we did lose two of our vineyards.
